1. Refund period
You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date, for any reason.
2. How to request
- Email support@nexlonegociosdigitais.com with the subject "Refund — Supper Moon";
- Include the email address used for the purchase;
- If your payment platform offers its own refund button or form, you can also use it.
We confirm every request within 2 business days.
3. How you are refunded
Refunds go back to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days (or until your next statement) to appear. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank may not be refundable.
4. After the refund
Once the refund is issued, access to the Supper Moon app is removed.
5. After 7 days
Requests after 7 days are generally not eligible, except for duplicate charges, technical problems that prevented access, or where required by law. If something went wrong, write to us anyway — we'll do our best to help.
